Session Description: Learning begins with engaged students. In this session, our focus will be on our students. Who are they? What do they value? What are their learning preferences? What are their challenges and motivations? How has the pandemic affected their preparedness and disposition? Having a better understanding of our learner audience will help us, as educators, design, facilitate, and manage learning experiences that promote engagement and motivation.
