Sandra began her fitness career in 2005 at Florida State University as a personal trainer, certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After being a personal trainer for 5 years, she decided to further her education in physical therapy at Nova Southeastern University where she received her doctorate in physical therapy in 2014. She is a Graston Certified Specialist and a Certified Manual Neuromusculoskeletal specialist.
