This hands-on session demonstrates Zoom Team Chat, Polls & Quizzes, Whiteboard, and Clips through live demos and real campus scenarios for both faculty and administrative staff. You’ll leave with a personal workflow blueprint, a step-by-step handout, and resource links.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Identify the four core Zoom productivity tools — Team Chat, Polls & Quizzes, Whiteboard, and Clips — and locate each one in their own NSU Zoom account.
- Apply Zoom’s built-in productivity tools to support instructional planning, advising, and collaboration.
- Choose the right tool for each task — persistent messaging, live engagement, visual collaboration, or asynchronous video.
- Integrate these tools into meetings, office hours, advising appointments, and class sessions to reduce repetitive work.
- Design a personal productivity workflow they can put into practice within the week.
